Overview:
Join us for the another DUC Volunteer Event, to continue the conversation aimed at rallying our enthusiastic volunteers to lay the groundwork for our new league. With over 40 individuals ready to contribute, we're set to continue our journey towards creating a vibrant, community-driven Ultimate experience in Delaware.

Event Purpose:
This volunteer meeting is crucial for continuing to organize and establish the necessary infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of our league. We aim to align our efforts, distribute responsibilities, and foster a spirit of collaboration among all volunteers.

• Breakout Sessions for Committees
• Regroup and sharing

Committees:
We're excited to introduce the following initial committees, each critical to our league's success:

• Leagues: The backbone of our operation, focusing on everything from coordination to field reservations.
• Spirit & Conflict Resolution: Addressing policy, promotion, and oversight for spirit and conflict issues.
• Youth Outreach: Building a pipeline for young players to join our community.
• Female Matching Outreach: Supporting and empowering women in our league through mentoring and advocacy.
• Social Events: Planning and executing memorable events and parties.
• Marketing / Social Media: Enhancing our digital presence to attract new members and improve communication.
